Comes with a sachet of nourishing reincarnation mask to help hydrate strands post-dye. Apply your toner to freshly bleached blonde hair, wait 10-20 minutes then rinse, condition, and rinse again. One kit is suitable for very short, cropped hair and roots up to 1 inch long. For long roots or long hair, you’ll need two kits. For long, thick hair, you’ll need at least three kits.
