• 3, If the tray shape is not made well, you can repeat the process for the second mould. Due to the inaccuracy of water temperature and soaking time, the molding effect of mouth guard is often not good. This product can be re-moulded in 75-90 ℃ hot water even if it is not formed properly.
• 4, Concomitant use with whitening gel (not included). Smear the gel evenly inside the tray, make it come into contact the outer tooth surface. The appropriate dosage of whitening gel is 0.5-1mm thickness. (Please dry the inside of the denture base with soft paper before using gel, so that the coating can be evenly spread.)
• 5, Please clean the tray with water before using. The replacement time of the trays is 3-4 months. (Notes: the mouthguard also helps relieve teeth grinding, clenching and bruxism, give you a good sleep at night!)
