Twist the cap counterclockwise to take it off.

Rotate and pull open the bottom cover.
3.
Twist the coarseness adjusting knob counterclockwise until it comes out.
4.
Air dry the parts then reassemble it according to the structure chart.
Note: Do Not place the grinder mechanism in Dishwasher It requires 6 AAA batteries (not included) If the equipment is not used for a long time, please take out the battery
