Stone is very rough and may be used everyday, but please do not use excessively on one concentrated area. Socks may be worn during sleep, but they are not meant to be worn with shoes to go outside.
Directions
Rinse off residual dust from stone upon opening. To use, soak feet and stone in warm water. Gently rub wet stone on calloused area. Put on heel socks after towel drying your feet. If any dead skin cells accumulate in the pores of the stone, scrub with a brush and rinse. You may disinfect the stone by soaking it in boiling water or a bleach solution. To clean socks, please machine wash with cold water and hang dry only.
