Directions
1). Add one bag to a cup, boil some water and add it to the cup. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes – or longer to extract more of the antioxidants and nutrients. 2). This rooibos tea will immediately begin to infuse its rich color, flavor and aroma into the boiled water. 3). Add honey or other sweetener/fruit/spices to taste. Milk can be added for a warm drink or allow to cool and add ice. 4). For assisting in weight loss, detox and cleansing, preferably no milk, sugar or honey should be added.
