• PREPARATION OF THE TEA: To prepare our Ceylon Orange Pekoe, use 1.5 teaspoons of black loose leaf tea for every 8 ounces of water. The recommended water temperature to brew the tea is between 190-200 degrees Fahrenheit, with a recommended steep time of 3-4 minutes.
