Ingredients
Brazilian mate, half-fermented Formosa oolong, green rooibos, cinnamon pieces, ginger pieces, pineapple cubes, papaya cubes , chicory roots, orange peel, lemon grass, cardamom pods, coriander, planed almonds, small brown rock sugar
Directions
Use 1-1.5 tsp of tea per 8oz/200ml of water. Heat water to 205F/95C and steep for 3-4 minutes.
