Designed to fit on a standard 1/4 size baking sheet to capture fats and grease! There are five industry-standard baking sheet 1/4 Size 9 1/2” x 13” Pan or sheet.
The Tuscan grill is pure carbon steel and sandblasted free of mill scale to produce the perfect steel griddle cooking experience.
Season as you would any other steel griddle or baking oven steel in the home oven, then insert into your Dome* or other small oven to become the most envied entertainer and chef on your street.
