• STRAINER ATTACHMENT: The strainer attachment works better for foods like cooked apples,soft with a flesh that you desire (the cooked pulp) which easily passes through the little holes, and other parts (stems, seeds, skins) which you want to separate. The cooked tomatoes separate easily, the seeds, stems, woody parts and any tough skins pass out the end. Notice:The residue discharge speed can be adjusted by tightening the screw. If the tail screw is too tightly, residue may cannot be discharged.
• GRINDER ATTACHMENT: You will get 4 different diameters of grinding plates,(Notice:We are partially assembled.If you found some missing, check the other big parts) 3 blades and 3 different sizes of sausage stuffer tubes.
