What It Is: Post JYM Active Matrix contains eight ingredients designed to help promote recovery and growth when taken after workouts.
Four of the active components are also found in Pre JYM (BCAAs, creatine, beta-alanine, betaine), as these ingredients can be more effective when taken both before and after workouts.
Just as critical as Pre JYM is before training for increasing energy and enhancing performance, Post JYM is vital for jumpstarting the repair and recovery of muscles immediately after an intense workout.

Post JYM helps take care of the latter by delivering your muscles amino acids already broken down to their simplest form for rapid absorption that enhances protein synthesis (the driver of muscle growth) and helps manage levels of cortisol.
What Sets It Apart: Post JYM Active Matrix includes two ingredients not found in Pre JYM – carnitine and glutamine – that have been shown to help boost post-workout muscle repair.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Post JYM Active Ingredients Matrix into 16-32 oz. water, preferably within 30 minutes after workouts. Consider allowing to fully dissolve 10-15 minutes before drinking. Also consider drinking over the course of 15-30 minutes. For better results, consider using PRE JYM prior to workouts.
