• INCLUDED: One 4oz bottle of unsweetened snow cone concentrate. Add sugar and water make 1 gallon of snow cone syrup.
• MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: Make 1 gallon of snow cone syrup by mixing 1/2 gallon of water, 5lb of sugar, and 4oz (Entire container) of concentrate. Top off with water to 128 fl oz (1 gallon) if necessary.
• AFTER MIXING: Increase shelf life (Up to 6 months at Room Temperature – Add in and mix separately 10g of sodium benzoate and 3.5g of citric acid.
