1. Avoid wrong resistance welding, pay attention to the markings on the board, and pay special attention to 1K and 10K resistance not to be confused.
2. Avoid reverse welding of the positive and negative electrodes of the electrolytic capacitor, and pay attention to the long leg as the positive electrode.
3. Avoid inserting the chip backwards, and pay attention to the direction of the chip notch corresponding to the marked notch on the board.
4. Avoid reverse connection of the speaker. One end of the matching red wire is connected to the positive pole of the speaker, the other end is connected to the positive pole of the SPEAKER solder joint, the black wire is connected to the negative pole of the speaker, and the other end is connected to the negative pole of the SPEAKER solder joint. The SPEAKER interface on the PCB is close to the blue terminal. It is the negative electrode. 5. Avoid reverse connection of the power supply. The correct connection method is to connect VCC to the positive pole and GND to the negative pole. To ensure a loud sound, the power supply voltage should be 5V DC.
