- Description of Universal magnetic ball joint:
Magnetic Universal Ball Joint is a holding Device which has universal flexible joint with a diameter 10mm to 25mm steel spheric ball holding by Strong Neodymium rare earth magnet contained in the Brass/Aluminum Rod end. Thus the magnetic ball joints allow the steel ball a full 360° rotation on a 180°axis. The structure make sure even if the magnetic ball run away from the magnet cylinder, no damage will happen and the ball joint can get back to work after reset. Inter screw hole in the bottom of the rod end for fix or entension connection
Normally, the sphere ball of magnetic ball joint are chromium plated, after the observation of the used ball joints, Now we improve the surface coating of ball, Nickel Coating will be used for a choice to improve resistance of abrasion.
Due to the use of high energy rare earth magnets, Universal magnetic ball jointshave a very strong holding force. the Holding force of the joint is strong enough to hold the optical systems of cameras, lighting fixtures, laser units or 3D printer without requiring additional mechanical fixer. And there are many models of the magnetic ball joints with threaded, showed in below diagram.
